The secret to achieving your goals.

If you want success in anything you must set goals. Did you know that most people that set goals fail. In fact "Science Says 92 Percent of People Don't Achieve Their Goals."*

So how do you really achieve goals? Here are three ways to make it happen.

Measurable

- Your goal must be measurable, if you want to do something it must have a number or a form of measurement. If you want to loose weight you must say i want to loose "10 pounds" saying "loose weight" means nothing. You have to have a measurable goal that you can wake up and say " OK, I'm halfway towards my goal" now you have a real goal that you can make progress towards and always understand how close.. or how far you away from achieving your goal

Time limit

- So you want to gain 100 Facebook followers, great... when? tomorrow? next week? at the end of the year? WHEN? Saying that you just wanna do this or that with no firm date means you will not be able to achieve your goal.

You must know at anytime how far or close you are from your goal. This will keep you accountable and have a plan. With no plan you don't have a goal, you have a dream.

Write it down

- It has been proven time and time again that if you write down your goals you have a greater chance at making them a reality. Writing it down makes it real. How many times have you had a conversation like this " one of these days im going to start a business " or " this year, im really going to loose weight" most of the time when you have these conversions they result in nothing. Just fleeting thoughts that are forgotten the next day or even worse, constantly reminded of but never achieved. Take that extra time to just write it down, and write it down big and public. I promise you, just by taking this small step toward your goals will put you in a great spot to succeed

What are your goals for 2021?
